Najprodavaniji automobil u Švedskoj u 2016, godini bio je Volkswagen Golf, što je prvi put nakon više od pola stoljeća da ta titula nije pripala Volvu. 

Od ukupnog broja kupljenih novih automobila u zemlji, udio Golfa iznosi 5,9 posto, dok je kod Volva ta brojka 5,7 posto te se odnosi na tri modela. objavila je nacionalna automobilska udruga. Zadnji put Volvo nije bio na vrhu liste najprodavanijih automobila 1962. godine, kada ga je pretekla Volkswagenova buba.

Unatoč tome što je automobilsko poslovanje Volva trenutno u vlasništvu kineske kompanije, grupe Zhejinag Geely Holding, Volvo se i dalje doživljava kao istinski švedski brend. S više od jednog automobila na pet stanovnika, ili 21,5 posto, Volvo i dalje ima najveći udio na ukupnom švedskom tržištu automobila, a slijedi Volkswagen s 15,7 posto.

Udruga je istaknula kako je u 2016. zabilježena rekordna prodaja novih automobila, njih 372 tisuće, oko 8 posto više u odnosu na 2015., što se zahvaljuje jačanju gospodarstva.

Najprodavaniji automobil u Švedskoj u 2016, godini bio je Volkswagen Golf, što je prvi put nakon više od pola stoljeća da ta titula nije pripala Volvu. 

Od ukupnog broja kupljenih novih automobila u zemlji, udio Golfa iznosi 5,9 posto, dok je kod Volva ta brojka 5,7 posto te se odnosi na tri modela. objavila je nacionalna automobilska udruga. Zadnji put Volvo nije bio na vrhu liste najprodavanijih automobila 1962. godine, kada ga je pretekla Volkswagenova buba.

Unatoč tome što je automobilsko poslovanje Volva trenutno u vlasništvu kineske kompanije, grupe Zhejinag Geely Holding, Volvo se i dalje doživljava kao istinski švedski brend. S više od jednog automobila na pet stanovnika, ili 21,5 posto, Volvo i dalje ima najveći udio na ukupnom švedskom tržištu automobila, a slijedi Volkswagen s 15,7 posto.

Udruga je istaknula kako je u 2016. zabilježena rekordna prodaja novih automobila, njih 372 tisuće, oko 8 posto više u odnosu na 2015., što se zahvaljuje jačanju gospodarstva.
