Dubrovčanin Marko Vučijević, vlasnik zagrebačke tvrtke "Global Consulting & Intelligence", kupio je gotovo 25 posto dionica varaždinske tekstilne kompanije "Varteks" od Nenada Bakića, dosad najvećeg pojedinačnog dioničara tvrtke, objavljeno je na Zagrebačkoj burzi, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Vučijević je time postao vlasnik 24,91 posto udjela u "Varteksu", dok je Bakiću ostalo nešto više od 727 tisuća dionica, koje mu omogućavaju 14,47 posto glasačkih prava. Dubrovčanin dosad nije imao niti jednu dionicu nekoć moćne tekstilne tvrtke s bogatom prodajnom mrežom i nekretninama, što znači da i nakon aktualne transakcije ostaje ispod praga od 25 posto vlasništva koji bi ga obvezao na objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje "Varteksa".

Dubrovčanin Marko Vučijević, vlasnik zagrebačke tvrtke "Global Consulting & Intelligence", kupio je gotovo 25 posto dionica varaždinske tekstilne kompanije "Varteks" od Nenada Bakića, dosad najvećeg pojedinačnog dioničara tvrtke, objavljeno je na Zagrebačkoj burzi, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Vučijević je time postao vlasnik 24,91 posto udjela u "Varteksu", dok je Bakiću ostalo nešto više od 727 tisuća dionica, koje mu omogućavaju 14,47 posto glasačkih prava. Dubrovčanin dosad nije imao niti jednu dionicu nekoć moćne tekstilne tvrtke s bogatom prodajnom mrežom i nekretninama, što znači da i nakon aktualne transakcije ostaje ispod praga od 25 posto vlasništva koji bi ga obvezao na objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje "Varteksa".

Javnosti dosad nepoznati Dubrovčanin preuzeo veliki dio ‘Varteksa‘, kompanije s moćnim nekretninama, donosimo detalje

Dubrovčanin Marko Vučijević, vlasnik zagrebačke tvrtke "Global Consulting & Intelligence", kupio je gotovo 25 posto dionica varaždinske tekstilne kompanije "Varteks" od Nenada Bakića, dosad najvećeg pojedinačnog dioničara tvrtke, objavljeno je na Zagrebačkoj burzi, piše Slobodna Dalmacija.

Vučijević je time postao vlasnik 24,91 posto udjela u "Varteksu", dok je Bakiću ostalo nešto više od 727 tisuća dionica, koje mu omogućavaju 14,47 posto glasačkih prava. Dubrovčanin dosad nije imao niti jednu dionicu nekoć moćne tekstilne tvrtke s bogatom prodajnom mrežom i nekretninama, što znači da i nakon aktualne transakcije ostaje ispod praga od 25 posto vlasništva koji bi ga obvezao na objavljivanje ponude za preuzimanje "Varteksa".
